We will forever remember Aunt Helen for her resilience and vibrant love of life. While she enjoyed her career in the legal field and was highly regarded professionally, she lived a very full life. When we hear her name, we think of her beautiful watercolor paintings and her love for Flow Blue, antiques, sterling silver, opera, traveling, reading, swimming at Wyantenuck Country Club, Christmas and time spent with her family, friends and pets.

Most of all, we will remember her stories. Aunt Helen was a gifted story-teller with an infectious laugh. Her telling transported us in time and made us feel as though we were watching a movie narrated by a 1950s Hollywood starlet. We never tired of hearing the stories, and we would ask her to tell them to us again and again - each time feeling like it was the first time we heard it.

Aunt Helen's story continues. We did not say good-bye to her on her last day in this world because we know we will see her again. And when that day arrives, we look forward to hearing the rest of her story.

With love from her nieces,

Melanie, Lisa and Leslie xxx ooo
