Condolence From: Ann Claffie Mottley
Condolence: Sue, I was so surprised to read your husband's obituary. My prayers are for you! I never had "Mr. Vigeant" in class at WRHS, but many of my friends did. They all mentioned the phrase "Mon Espece" from time to time, wondering what in the world it meant. On behalf of your former neighbors on Riverview Drive, we send our sympathy. The Claffies - Ann, Dave, Jane, Steve and Mary

Condolence: To Monsieur Vigeant's family - I am so sorry for your loss. Monsieur Vigeant was one of my favorite teachers in high school, and I have carried the memories of him and the lessons he taught me through my life, and have thought of him often through the years. A favorite memory was reading Cyrano de Bergerac in French IV, learning how the original language tells us parts of the story that are literally lost in translation. Thank you, Monsieur Vigeant, for your dedication to your students and to education.
