Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Valerie Hamilton can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Mrs.Hamilton,Julie, Bobby and Curtis,

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Val's passing. She had a quiet confidence about her and others looked to her in times of stress and pressure. I distinctly remember that we were playing Pittsfield High for the City Championship. There was only seconds left when Val took a shot from way outside and "swish" Taconic wins! When I asked her after the game why she took that long shot she said, "I don't know, 'he(He)' just took it!" I always thought there was some divine intervention surrounding that shot!

I have such happy memories of the loving and supportive Hamilton family.
