Obituary for Norma Eva Breault Giroux (Elliman)

Norma Eva Elliman Breault Giroux, 86, of 195 Elberon Ave, formerly of West Housatonic Street, Pittsfield, passed away June 28, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Care Center in Lenox.
She was born in Pittsfield on May 27, 1932, the daughter of the late George and Esther M. Parker Elliman.
A 1950 graduate of Pittsfield High School, she also attended Berkshire Community College and Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA.
Norma worked as an administrative assistant for 25 years, retiring in 1990. She worked for City Savings Bank, E G & G in Virginia Beach, VA, and also was a Licensed Realtor in Virginia.
She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Charles Church, and was an accomplished poet and enjoyed visiting shut-ins.
Mrs. Breault Giroux leaves behind her sons, J. Joseph Breault and his wife Holly of Pittsfield, and Michael Breault and his wife Ann of Norfolk, VA; five grandchildren, Erik, Racheal, Bridget, Frank and Brady; and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves four step-daughters, Denise King, Darlene Salacup, Theresa Giroux, and Giselle Giroux. She was predeceased by her brothers Edward, Walt, and George Elliman.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Norma will be held, Saturday, July 7, 2018 with a Liturgy of Christian burial at 8:45am at St. Charles Church, celebrated by Rev. Peter A. Gregory, Pastor Emeritus. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Berkshire County Jimmy Fund, in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
