Brian Thomas Donovan, 51, of 620 Laurel Street, Lee, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation at Laurel Lake.

Born in Pittsfield on October 18, 1966, a son of Agnes Crombie Donovan McConnell and the late John E. Donovan, he was a graduate of St. Agnes School and St. Joseph Central High School.

Mr. Donovan had been a waiter in the restaurant-hospitality industry.

He was a communicant of St. Mark Church.

Brian enjoyed music, including singing and song writing, and cooking.

Mr. Donovan is survived by his mother, Agnes McConnell, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina; a brother, Michael Donovan and his wife, Stacy, of Pittsfield; and his dear friend, Michelle McCabe Rodriguez of Dalton.

He was pre-deceased by a brother, Kevin W. Donovan, and a sister, Maureen P. Donovan.


FUNERAL NOTICE:
A graveside service for Brian Thomas Donovan will be held Friday, December 22, at
1:00 p.m., at Pittsfield Cemetery (Greenlawn section) with Rev. David E. Aufiero, Pastor of
St. Mark Church, officiating. A Celebration of Life will be held at a date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Huntington Disease Society of America in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
