Obituary for David R. Bolduc

David R. Bolduc, 75, of 50 Maple Street, Becket, died Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at
Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Westfield on March 1, 1942, the son of Joseph and Pearl Betie Bolduc, he was
a graduate of Chicopee schools.
A papermaker by trade, Mr. Bolduc had been employed by Bancroft Tissue in Becket,
Bendix-Cortland in Chester, Mead Paper in Lee, and Partyka in Chicopee. He retired in 2006.
He enjoyed going to flea markets and tag sales, fishing and gardening, playing bingo;
and was a NASCAR fan, especially of Kyle Busch.
Mr. Bolduc’s wife, the former Helen Ann Boyce, whom he married July 1, 1961, in Chester, died April 10, 2007.
Mr. Bolduc is survived by four daughters, Pearllena “Nina” A. Beckwith and her husband,
John of North Carolina, Corina Blakesley and her husband Ricky of Dalton, Debra A. Daigneault
and her companion, Charles, of the state of Florida, and Tamaira “Tami” L. Parkinson and her
husband, Todd, of Worthington; two brothers, Joseph Bolduc, Jr. and his wife, Betty, of
Chester, and Leon Caron and his wife, Sue, of the state of Florida; two sisters, Gloria Gillman
and her husband, Kenneth, of Stafford Springs, Conn., and Judy Soja and her husband, Stanley, of Chicopee; his companion, Grace Miller of Canaan, Conn.; sixteen grandchildren and sixteen
great grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE:
Calling hours for David R. Bolduc will be held Monday, October 23, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME in Dalton.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 24, at 1:00 p.m., at North Becket
Cemetery with Pastor Robert Noe of Montgomery Congregational Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Renal Dialysis in
care of the Funeral Home, 890 East Main Street, Dalton.
