Condolence: I have had this young man cross my path twice in the last few years. Once when Matt worked for the VNA he had come to my house to take care of me and the last time was just this past April. I was in the hospital for a week with the flu and double pneumonia and I was on 2E.Matt was my nurse once again. He is the most caring and thoughtful person that I have ever known.. It broke my heart to hear of his passing. It is such a loss. Matt you will be missed and may you rest in peace.. And to your family my prayers are with them.
