Obituary for Gloria M. Eulian
Gloria M. Eulian, 95, of Pittsfield, died Saturday September 19, 2015 at Springside of Pittsfield. Born in Pittsfield, November 8, 1919, the daughter of the late Ramiro and Generosa Varela Gonzalez. Gloria was educated in Pittsfield Schools and was a 1937 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Gloria was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed shopping, cooking and caring for her home and family. She worked at General Electric for a period of time in her earlier years. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons: Bruce E. Eulian of Pittsfield, David J. Eulian and his wife DeAnne of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a daughter; Nancy Tarjick and her husband James of Peru, MA; her granddaughters: Heather M Eulian of Sunderland, MA; Christen E. Eulian of Green Bay, W.I.; and Renee Tarjick; her grandsons; David Tarjick, Aaron Tarjick, and James Tarjick; her many great-grandchildren and her nephews Robert and Gary Papallo; her great-niece Marisa Papallo and great-nephew Robert Papallo. She was predeceased by her husband Silas Eulian who died December 12, 2003, as well as her sister Anita Papallo and brother Delmiro Gonzalez.
Funeral Notice:
Funeral Services for Gloria M. Eulian who died September 19th will be held TODAY TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 22, 2015 at 1PM at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, with Msgr. Michael A. Shershonavich, Pastor of St. Joseph's Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Joseph Cemetery. A Calling hour will precede the service beginning at 12PM. In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations can be made in Gloria's memory to the Springside of Pittsfield Activities Fund in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME.
