Obituary for Katherine Hayden Jarck

After countless hospital visits and many battles with her health, Saturday February 13th 2016, Katherine Hayden Jarck (Katie) is finally at rest.
Katie was born Dec 7, 1988 to Debra A. Robair and Matthew H. Jarck. Katie was a 2010 Graduate of PHS and a previous participant in the Special Olympics and proud member of CATA and Best Buddies programs. She spent many summers at Camp Russell with her favorite camp counselors. Recently she attended The Center for Development in Lee, MA.
Most important to her was time spent with family and caregivers. She took great joy in arts and crafts, manicures, a Dunkin iced coffee, and going out to dinner.
Katie brought smiles and warmed the hearts of those that knew her. She won people over with her humor, infectious laugh, and an undeniable presence. She was resilient, honest, loving, and "slightly bold".
She leaves behind her parents Debra A. and Matthew H. Jarck of Pittsfield, her brother Joseph, his wife Katherine and her niece Eleanora Kate of Brooklyn, NY; her paternal grandparents George and Carolyn Jarck from Annandale, NJ, and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Katie was predeceased by her maternal grandparents William and Nezearah "Sitty" Robair.
