Obituary for Mary Beth Taylor

Mary Beth Taylor, 52, of 8 Hemlock Hill, Dalton, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at
Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on December 22, 1964, the daughter of Judith Blair Taylor and the late Leverne J. Taylor, she was a 1982 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Miss Taylor was employed as a Contract Administrator-Manager-Team Leader at Dominion Dealer Solutions for the past ten years.
She was a New York Yankees fan, who also enjoyed country music, going to casinos, playing pool, and caring for animals, especially her cat, Teddy.
Mary Beth is survived by her mother, Judith Taylor of Pittsfield; her fiancé and lifelong companion of seventeen years, Eric M. LaFrance; her sister, Linda M. Collins (and her husband Michael J. Collins, Sr.) of Pittsfield; two brothers, Steven J. Taylor (and his wife Laura) of Pittsfield, and Gregg M. Taylor of Pittsfield; her nieces and nephews, Amanda, Michael, Sarah, Katie, and Todd and three great nieces and nephews; her stepchildren, Kirt LaFrance and Ashley LaFrance, both of Chicopee; and grandson, Liam LaFrance; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mary Beth Taylor will be held Friday, April 14, at 9:30 a.m., at the
DERY FUNERAL HOME in PITTSFIELD with Rev. Msgr. Michael A. Shershanovich, Pastor of St.
Joseph Church, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be
Thursday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
