Although I have never met Anne or yourself, I feel as if I know you after hearing so many wonderful words about the two of you over the years. I too was a longtime renter of Kim Murdock's Monhegan cottage, and considered it to be the heart of my home. In 2013, our family purchased the house and began to make it truly our own, but loved to share it with others, particularly long time lovers of Monhegan such as Anne and yourself.
I wish I had gotten to know the two of your as more than names in a guestbook, but am grateful for the light you brought to Monhegan and to all those who knew and know you. My thoughts are with you at this time, and always.
